Anxiety and Depression

Dealing with significant emotional difficulties such as anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming and at times, very defeating. The good news is, there are plenty of strategies and approaches that we can draw from to shift cycles of emotional overwhelm and find more relief. I work with my clients to approach emotional difficulties from a place of curiousity so that we can get to the very core of whatever ever is coming up. In doing so, we move towards not only soothing symptoms of anxiety and depression but also changing unhelpful patterns and beliefs that maintain and exacerbate symptoms.
