ADHD Counselling

Over the years, working with clients with ADHD has become a growing focus area and passion for me. I support clients to understand their individual strengths and stretches with ADHD and to find practical strategies that fit their unique needs. Whether it's managing emotions, improving focus, navigating relationships, or routine tasks, I offer a compassionate, structured space where we can work together to build tools for daily life. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping you make sense of ADHD in a way that feels clear, manageable, and empowering. I find it helpful to integrate trauma work whenever needed if difficult/challenging emotions are coming up as well.

Another important theme of the work I do with every client but in particular with ADHD clients is motivation. In therapy, we will work to bolster and align with your inherit motivation, learn to understand the ebbs and flows of motivation and how to best to navigate this in building an authentically meaningful life.
