Feeling stuck? You’re not alone.
Many of my clients come to me because they feel stuck. Whether it’s anxiety, relationship issues, depression, anger, low motivation, ADHD, or a general sense that something isn’t working, it can be overwhelming to face these challenges alone. You may feel unsure about where to start or even skeptical about whether counselling can help.
That’s completely okay.
My approach is grounded, practical, and personalized. I work with adults and teens to create a counselling experience that fits the individual. Your personality, your goals, and your pace. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and together we’ll build a path forward that’s clear, achievable, and meaningful to you.
I prioritize making counselling approachable and down-to-earth but also effective and evidence-based. I take time to understand your unique story and what’s actually going to make a difference in your life, not just what’s supposed to work. I also work from a trauma-informed approach, so if deeper processing of trauma is needed, we can release and process emotional injuries in order to work on skills and strategies in the here and now.
Whatever is coming up for you, we’ll figure out how to remove barriers to growth and will learn how to move forward step by step.
